How to disable Spam Report for some of the users?

This is clear for now: There is no such menu/option on the web interface.
I have read it somewhere on the forums that probably there is a workaround for this using the rules, making some custom rules per user.
If this is the only solution, than please share with us some hints about how to do this.
Can I make a list of inside email addresses there and use it in a rule. The rules aren't only for incoming messages?

You cannot disable spam reports for some user, but you can enable it for just a selection of users and not for the rest.

And how you do that? Please explain. Where should I enter the selection (list) of user emails?

for example:

From: Anybody
To: Your Quarantine Users
When: Always
What: Spam (Level 4)
Action: Modify Spam Subject, Quarantine

and of course, the "WHO" object "Your Quarantine Users" should contain the list.

This is possible. Create an account for the user hating spam filtering, and then go into Users -> Account View -> Edit account -> Preferences -> Spam Settings -> [uncheck] Enable Spam Filtering. You can repeat this for each account not waiting filtering.-Ben

You talk not about the Proxmox Mail Gateway, as these settings are not available!

It is to erase the messages of that particular user, before the report is generated
