How to copy a openvz container to Proxmox?

I have one server which is a OpenVZ node and i would like to transfer the containers to a Proxmox based server, but i can't figure out what the best way is to transfer some containers to the proxmox server.

Does anyone can help me with this?

Move your OpenVZ to a Proxmox VE 3.x host, see:

But as OpenVZ is discontinued, you should then move to LXC:
