How to collect performance data

Hello, I work for a hardware vendor and one of my customers is using some very old servers with Proxmox. We need to size for the new servers, and just wondering what tool(s) we can use for collecting performance data about the cluster/nodes. Looking for metrics around usage for CPU, memory, storage, network... The usual stuff that would allow to properly size the new servers.
