How to apply ceph.conf change on a running cluster

I want to set the following options for all OSDs in a running cluster in a persistent way. How do I apply the new ceph.conf to the running cluster and all daemons? I'm not quite sure if I need to set it manually via some config command or if there is a way to deploy the ceph.conf change globally. Maybe you have a hint what is the way to go here.

osd_scrub_begin_hour = 0

osd_scrub_end_hour = 8

Either by the ceph tell or ceph daemon command. Or by restarting the services, eg. systemctl restart ceph-osd.target.
