How to add IPv6 nameservers to guest

I got a host/server running a few guests (CT/VM) with IPv6 only. I need these guests to have IPv6 nameservers added in their resolve.conf.

What is the best practice to achieve this?

I tried adding 6 nameservers in resolve.conf at the host/server (3x IPv4 + 3x IPv6) but only the first 3 nameservers is added to resolve.conf at the guests.

Manually editing the guest resolve.conf and restarting network works, but is only a temporary solution as everything is reset on reboot.

What i know resolv.conf can only manage 3, all other will be ignored, networkmanager... i think too. Maybe you would like to have also RR on resolv.conf. Roundrobin.
We rollout all us DHCPserver from V4 with DHCP and V6 do this the Corerouter with SLAAC.

I hand out ipv6 dns servers via radvd.

In a VM, PVE doesn't mess with resolv.conf. Maybe some daemon in the VM is (perhaps dhcpd)? In a container, IIRC you can touch /etc/.pve-ignore.resolv.conf (with the same caveat about daemons).
