How I can copy VMs (5.2)?

I copy VMs from /var/lib/vz to another volume in Proxmox 3.4, but now I need copy Proxmox 5.2 VMs from one volume to another. Where are VMs stored? How can I copy VMs?

If you don't know, what is lvm, dd - simply create backup of needed VM and restore it to another volume.

normaly with backup/restore.

Otherwise it's depend from your storage (lvm/zfs/...).
