Hi all.

We're having a problem with the tracking center logs not having a mechanism to automatically delete old logs from a few months ago resulting in our mail gateways being always full disk. Is there any way they can automatically delete old logs to free up space. Since the volume of mail we send on it is quite large than 300,000 mail/day, the log volume is also a big problem for us.

Thanks.

The logs in PMG (just like with most other Debian systems) are handled by logrotate - check out it's configuration and documentation:
* `man logrotate.conf` , `man logrotate`

There's also the system-journal - see `man journald.conf` and `man systemd-journald`` for docs on that

The one specific thing in PMG is that the Tracking Center uses the information from /var/log/syslog (and it's rotated variants)

I hope this helps!
