Is there a mailing list to be notified of available updates to PMG?

Are hotfixes all inclusive of previous hotfixes?

I'm at 3.0, what do I need to install to be all update?

if you are on 3.0, you need to apply the servicepack to 3.1 and the latest hotfix for 3.1. it there are several hotfixes for 3.1, you only need to apply the latest.
