you cannot make a snapshot into the snapshot partition.

means you need to specify another dumpdir, e.g. /backup or on another host e.g. a remote samba share (see also https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Backup_-_Restore_-_Live_Migration)

And does the root directories of those VMs exists? Are they KVM or OpenVZ?

after check i found that i had moved 102 to another node
and i can`t see it in backup task
but it still in cron

is it a bug??

Backup tasks are currently not moved when a VM is migrated. So you need to re-configure that manually.
