help with adding drive cant locate

Hello , when I first added my 128 SSD drive it was showing as /dev/sdf then I run the following command to setup LVM

pvremove -f /dev/sdf
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdf bs=1024k count=1
pvcreate /dev/sdf1

After rebooting my server I can see my drive but its only showing 32gb where as the total size is 128GB ?

maybe a faulty SSD drive.

Do you have a pendrive attached to a USB port? It seems like /dev/sdf is a mass storage device.

It looks like your SSD drive is now listed as /dev/sde. You should create a LVM partition on /dev/sde and perform pvecreate afterwards.
