HELP!! TASK ERROR: command 'apt-get update' failed: exit code 100

Hi, Community

I'm doing my head in trying to resolve what seems like a plethora of issues with my VM environment. One of my issues is seeing this:

TASK ERROR: command 'apt-get update' failed: exit code 100

This has been there since last week on my ProxMox console.

Any clues to why/how this is stopping my servers from running?

Seems you update repository settings are wrong or have issues.
