[SOLVED] HELP! i cant get into web gui and ssh in fresh insatall Proxmox

im new in proxmox

i tried to find solution still cant get it right
i try
reinstall proxmox
try difference version
try difference device becouse when installing in other device it say no acceleration hardware support
but i get internet in proxmox so gateway not a problem
i try ssh into proxmox but it say no route into host
i try use cable lan instead using wifi
maybe it faulty cable but i check in router i got ip from proxmox
i cant ssh into proxmox
i try difference browser to get into web ui
im not miss https://"ip":8006
i try diffrence device to login to web ui

thing i had in mind i dont try for some reason
plug in lan to my client(pc) reason: router in first floor in im in 2nd floor i cant get cable to 2nd floor
get my other laptop to connect via lan reason:cant get laptop running it dont have storage in it

what does ss -tulpn shows when executing this command on your local Proxmox VE instance?
Can you ping 192.168.0.90 from a device where you want to access the webui from?
Eventually nmap 192.168.0.90 from a device where you want to access the webui from

We need to see the other way:
Go to another PC (not Proxmox) in your network and try to ping from it to 192.168.1.90

What other PC do you have at home? The only other image I see here, is an (Android?) phone.
Try pinging from another PC running putty or something.

If you cannot ping it something is wrong with your network setup, nothing to do with proxmox probably
