Help Desk role permissions

Hello,

Currently we run Mail Gateway 5.2-1, everything is fine except one small thing which dissapeared after upgrading from version 4.x.
On old 4.x mail gateway Help Desk role user was able to add new "Relay Domains" and "Transports" entries. Is it possible to get it back? :)

I do not think that the help desk role should be able to configure domains/transports.
