Has anyone done a successful PVE 4 to 5 upgrade?

I saw this guide: https://linuxconfig.org/how-to-upgrade-debian-8-jessie-to-debian-9-stretch
that allows me to upgrade from jessie to stretch. I would assume I would need to do the same thing for proxmox to get from 4 to 5.

Has anyone done it successfully? Any guides to do it?
