You have posted no question but a statement. What reaction do you expect? ;-) While there might be people having experience on their own they will not create a long and all-inclusive post which you could just follow and which just fits your needs.
Describe your system. What network do you use now? Hardware? What kind of connectivity? How many clients? Bandwidth? Business or at home? What topology do you want to create? And why? ... ...
Post a specific question and the chance for an answer will rise.
