HA Member no Automatic Migration VMs

I have a host in the cluster (6 nodes) where the vms configured for the group ha where it has the highest weight, are not migrated to it, jumping to the next lower weight in the configured group. Any VM that is on this pve host is also not migrated to another host. It looks like this is not part of the group, but if I remove the VM from the ha group of this host and request the migration manually, it occurs successfully.

Would anyone know the possible grind of this behavior?

Is there anything in the logs when the HA fails?

ha-manager status --verbose

You can check the status of HA with the command above.
