HA activate changes causes node reboots

Hi Guys

I am having a strange issue on my 4 node cluster.

When I add a VM to HA and then click activate on the HA page it causes the whole cluster to become temporarily unstable and all nodes seem to reboot.

Anyone got any ideas what could be causing this?

I am running 2.3 this also happened on 2.2 with my setup.
