I'm pretty new to proxmox, we set up proxmox server for testing and as we were using xen hypervisor before, we are trying to migrate our VMs
we can copy all the data using rsync (the xen hypervisor had partition images rather than disk images) and everything seems working fine
I boot LiveCD and use grub-install to install a bootloader on the new disk
everything works fine so far and I can even boot that hard drive from liveCD using :
qemu-system-x86_64 -m 1024 -hda /dev/sda
however, after reboot proxmox is not booting from the same disk and the disk is not visible in its boot menu.
