I have a few guest CTs, and while the host timezone is configured properly, the guests' is set to UTC+0 by default, which is not in sync with my timezone.

This is causing issue for some services that I hosted on the guest machines so it would be great to some how get it in sync.

* Guest and host timezone taken at about the same time

you need to set the timezone in the container, it is not handled by PVE.

So it's just manually then? Is there any way to get it working automatically?
You'll have to ask Turnkey to change this (as they create and maintain the templates).
Or simply enter the container an run the command to set the timezone once after creating the container (since it is just a GNU/Linux distro).

EDIT: Their website suggest setting the timezone yourself: https://www.turnkeylinux.org/blog/configuring-timezone
