Hello,

we have enabled the option "greylisting" and now we have to exlude some domains.
I think i have use Configuration/Mail Proxy/Whitelist but if tried to open it, i get an error Page:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, postmaster@proxmox.domain.tld and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
[21086]ERR: 24: Error in Perl code: "use" not allowed in expression at /var/www/proxmox/objects/greylist/help.epl line 1, at end of line
syntax error at /var/www/proxmox/objects/greylist/help.epl line 1, near "scalar(use strict"
(in cleanup) BEGIN not safe after errors--compilation aborted at /var/www/proxmox/objects/greylist/help.epl line 2.
Apache Embperl 2.2.0 [Wed Mar 11 19:22:07 2009]

Can somebody help me to resolve this problem?

Kind regards

looks like you entered a regular expression in the whitelist or somewhere else where it should not be?
("use" not allowed in expression")

to validate, send a backup of your config to support@proxmox.com

Thanks for your answers

@tom:
I send a backup a few minutes ago to you

@dietmar
Version: proxmox-mailgateway; Version 2.2; Build: 3335

Is this the right way to exclude domains from greylisting?

ok, now i have done the hotfix an the site "Whitelist" opens without an error
but there ist no option to add an entry.
there is just the message:

Help
Please select an Object!

Can you tell me what I have to do?

But this Pulldown Menu is missing.
I have no Link (the Red Box with white Arrow) and instead of "Edit Oblect Whitelist" stands just "Help"

I have just found this post and it seems that I have the same problem too. I've applied the 2.3 Service Pack some days ago, but I'm in trouble when I try to add some domain in the whitelist, there is not the box for adding the domain name. Sometimes it gives me also an error:

-------------------------------------

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, postmaster@mail.eltekgroup.it and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
[5456]ERR: 24: Error in Perl code: 500 EOF
Apache Embperl 2.2.0 [Wed Apr 15 10:40:35 2009]

-------------------------------------

Or it adds a generic domain.tld to the white list.

There is an applicable solution to solve this problem?

Thanks!
