GPU Passthrough Results are Laggy (Win10 VM)

I am running Proxmox 8.2.2 with GPU passthrough to a Windows 10 VM passing my NVIDIA Asus ROG 3060Ti 8GB graphics card. I followed this guide on proxmox forum and everything worked wonderfully. However, when I ran a game, like Sims 4, I noticed significant lag and delay. I also noticed moving windows around was not smooth and often the graphics for the window would reload its components in a way that made my computer seem really slow.

I have up to 22 cpu cores to work with, and 128GB of memory, though I am about to set up TrueNAS and plan on dedicated much of the memory to that. I am considering expanding my ram in the near future though (max supported on my pc is 256GB).

I am very new to proxmox and linux, but I have a background in computer science, so I understand all the theory, but the application is a really steep learning curve that I have been dedicating hours a day to learning. I hope to be able to write my own tutorials one day on how I accomplished everything, but I have been posting in forums (mostly on reddit) to get advice for many parts of my build.

Most of these settings are followed from the tutorial. If there's something obviously wrong with the config, that would be great in helping identify the error. Otherwise, I'm learning proxmox command by command, tutorial video by tutorial video, so I could really use some specific help on this. I can run commands in the shell and give any other info if needed, any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
