GPU passthrough - Linux VM --> Docker --> Plex

So I'm running out of idea on how to make this work.

I scattered the web forums and youtube videos to try piecing together something that would make it work.

So I run Proxmox 7.3-1 on an Intel platform. I've enabled in the BIOS the IOMMU, VT-d and else. I've enable IOMMU in GRUB, blacklisted nouveau, nvidia and radeon and added the corresponding modules. IOMMU groups are split properly. I know PCIe passthrough works as I'm able to pass my LSI card to my TrueNAS VM running on the same install of Proxmox.

I also run a Debian 11 install on a VM and have Docker on it running Plex.

For whatever reason, when trying to pass my GPU (RTX3060ti) to my Debian VM, I see the ID listed in the list of PCI devices but it has no device name.

This is the output of lspci on Debian:
00:10.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation Device 2489 (rev a1) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller]) Subsystem: Dell Device c976 Physical Slot: 16 Flags: fast devsel, IRQ 11 Memory at fd000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=16M] Memory at e0000000 (64-bit, prefetchable) [size=256M] Memory at f0000000 (64-bit, prefetchable) [size=32M] I/O ports at e000 [size=128] Expansion ROM at fe440000 [disabled] [size=128K] Capabilities: <access denied> Kernel modules: nouveau

Not sure where to go next.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Please let me know if any other log or command output is required to help.

Thank you!

I think the kernel does not have a nice name for the device because it is relatively new. This should not prevent you from doing PCI(e) passthrough, if you apply all the required steps from the manual.
