general proxmox feature questions

hi

i would like to get answers for the following :

1. if my exchange server behind the proxmox fails , will proxmox store the mails for ETRN retrieval later on when the server is up again ?

2. can i disable all scanning features and just mta the mail ? ( and how )

ad 1.) Proxmox automatically stores mails that cant be delivered. Mails are automatically delivered when the target server is up again (you can also flush the queue)

ad 2.) yes, you just need to deactivate or delete the rules

Ad 1.) How long time will Proxmox hold mails in transit to servers which are not responding?

I know it's possible to set the "Delay Warning Time (hours)" in Configuration\Mail Proxy\Options, but I can't see how many hours Proxmox will hold mails in it's queue, and try to deliver.
