Forwarded Email to Gmail Issue

Hi,

I am facing similar issue to this thread https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/automated-forwarding-to-gmail-problem-again.109328/

I am using Proxmox Mail Gateway along with Zimbra.

My user has setup in Zimbra to auto-forward all emails received to 5 different email accounts (4 gmail, 1 hotmail).

It is weird that when the email is auto forward, gmail detects them as unsolicited, but when the user manually forward the same email the recipient receives it just fine.

What I would like to achieve is for auto forward emails received just fine by gmail. Any ideas?

On a side note, how do I get rid of the first warning line, or should I create a new thread?

this is a good hint:

Oct 5 15:21:12 mg postfix/smtpd[245607]: warning: hostname mg.ptuma.com does not resolve to address 45.77.41.7

this is a good hint:
Hi,

I have fixed this yet the emails are still bounced.

Code:
Oct 9 06:35:56 mg postfix/smtpd[316711]: connect from webmail.ptuma.com[45.77.41.7]
Oct 9 06:35:57 mg postfix/smtpd[316711]: 07629461007: client=webmail.ptuma.com[45.77.41.7]
Oct 9 06:35:57 mg postfix/cleanup[316705]: 07629461007: message-id=<7BB98C4C030A4A02B768A3070A12656D.MAI@SMTP2.INFO.FIRSTMEDIA.ID>

Mainly promotional emails that are sent to family@example.com which are automatically forwarded by Zimbra to gmail accounts are detected by gmail as unsolicited mail.

Code:
"Our system has detected that this message is 550-5.7.1 likely unsolicited mail. To reduce the amount of spam sent to Gmail, 550-5.7.1 this message has been blocked. Please visit 550-5.7.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=UnsolicitedMessageError 550 5.7.1 for more information. nu5-20020a17090b1b0500b0020ab51b78a2si13520107pjb.127 - gsmtp (in reply to end of DATA command))"

So, how can I overcome this?

Thanks
Henry
