is it possible to filter spam words in the body of the email?

Anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

for example I would like to send to quarantine when you have a word to unsubscribe or click here

yes it is possible, though we usually discourage it! Filtering on a simple word leads to many false positives in our experience.

Better try to check that your PMG configuration is really working well - and that you're not running into any ratelimits of RBLs (check the mail.log for URIBL_BLOCKED spamassassin hits).

if you really want to block certain words you need to create a custom spamassassin configuration for that - https://pmg.proxmox.com/pmg-docs/pmg-admin-guide.html#_custom_spamassassin_configuration

and a fitting body rule - see https://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/WritingRules (which currently seems down - but a google search for writing spamassassin rules should get you going)

I'm pretty sure that you need to configure a recursive DNS server only for PMG - then the spam detection should become much better!
