Feature request- add user supplied config lines for ct.conf via api

Apologies if this already exists and I'm not able to comprehend the docs.

I'd like to have the option to add user supplied arguments to ct.conf files at deployment via api; eg, add process limits lxc.cgroup.pids.max, etc.
