Everything Gone after power fluctuation

There was power surge or loss at my clients location, and despite being on backup battery server experienced some type of data corruption.

It stated fine but all settings are gone, I was unable to login with actual username/password and had to reset it to get in. Once I was able to ssh in to the system i found no trace of any VM that ever existed, all volumes were gone all config files are gone, even host name was changed and root password now obviously altered. It just looks like everything was cleaned out.

It seems that LVM volume was corrupt and I am going to start working on recovery but I am just surprised that everything disappeared this way. System looks like it was just installed.

Has anyone seen this type of issue and possible steps to resolve,

What harddisks/raid controller hardware do you have exactly?

This is HP Proliant G6 Server,
i410i controller with battery backup
Two raids
Main raid 1 where OS was installed 256GB x2 HP SSDs
Secondary raid 1 with 146GB 10k x 4 HP HDDs

Secondary drive seems to be unallocated space, while main drive just appears mostly empty.

What did you expect with a raid-0 ?
those gets corrupted quite easily with power failure.

My mistake there both raids are 1+0 , first one has 2 drives second one is striped with pairs. But thanks for your input.

So both are raid 1, I made the correction in my first post, cache is disabled on the raid controller, just fyi. Hard drives are also brand new

System was on quality battery backup unit with pure sine-wave and did not run our of power. It is unclear at this time if server itself lost power, but another system on same UPS did not go down.

What puzzles me is why it failed in this way
