Ethernet not working on VM or container

I had opened up my proxmox GUI and my ethernet wasn't working on any of my VM or containers. I tried fixing it but I couldn't. I didn't change anything when it stopped working and I don't know how to fix it.

please provide some more information.
What exactly is not working inside the container? DNS resolution? General access, e.g. pings? Does it get an IP address from your DHCP server? What distribution runs inside the container? What have you tried so far?
Is the firewall turned on? If yes, what firewall rules to you have configured?

Please also provide pveversion -v, cat /etc/network/interfaces and ip a from the host.

It just generally wont connect in any VM or LXC container. Also no firewall. Ive tried changing settings and messing around with different things but nothing works.
