ESXi as embedded guest - missing VirtIO / Ballooning

Hi all,

On my test lab I found ESXi as guest on embedded virtualization running fine. What is wrong, ESXi eating up all assigned memory and virtual machines on ESXi running slow. Some search pointing out of VirtIO diver benefits, which is not exist to ESXi. (or I missed something)
Anyone of you have had experience to overcome this issue, please share your solution (or workaround)
