Errors with apt-get update && apt-get upgrade

When I try to do a apt-get update && apt-get upgrade (or for that matter just an apt-get update), I receive the following on a new Proxmox 4.x build. I need a command to update the sources.lst to the proper repository please.

Do you have a valid subscription? If not, buy one (https://www.proxmox.com/en/proxmox-ve/pricing) and install the subscription in Proxmox VE. If you already have a subscription install it in Proxmox VE. Then try again.

If you not want to have a subscription yet, disable the enterprise repository and add the no-subscription repository, please see https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Package_repositories
