Error when create new vm and time problem

Hello! I setup new proxmox install on cleare server, after 5-6 days i reboot and have an 1st error - server ask me to use fsck. "UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY" - this problem, i found how to make correctly fsck and my server boot normal. After 18 daysi try to make new vm and have this: text error, some in syslog and red icon on node.

Please can you explain that is not workind and how can i repaire this ? THX!

first, upgrade to latest version.

and it seems you got problems with your hard disk - do you have raid controller and redundant disk setup? or do you just run on a single disk?
