error creating lvm

I always create a separate lvm for each of my vms,
But today when my script wants to create a 100 GB lvm to create a vm on top of it I got this error
Comment: device-mapper: resume ioctl failed: Invalid argument Unable to resume vdata-vm1659 (251:9) /dev/vdata/vm1659: write failed after 0 of 4096 at 0: No space left on device

I checked the vdata vggroup with the command of vgdisplay and there's 300 GB space left,
Anyone familiar with this kind of error?

write failed after 0? Also there can't writen anything!
Can you create a lv with "lvcreate -n test -L 100G vdata"?
Something wrong with the naming (perhaps lv excist)? If i'm right you don't use the pve-naming instead vm1659.
Does your script use "-C y"?

Hi,
i assume not that the disk is bad - in this cases you will get the same error if you create the lv with lvcreate. The big question is, what make the script different than your handmade lvcreate?
