error after removing proxmox-ve

On a clean debian install proxmox did not start. I apt removed it and then wanted to add it again. then I get an error running apt:

/bin/sh: 1: /usr/share/proxmox-ve/pve-apt-hook: not found

remove the file /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/10pveapthook
