Hello,
one of our cluster nodes has a subscription and uses pve-enterprise (trixie). After "apt update" it still offers only proxmox-kernel 7.0.14-24-pve and pve-manager 9.2.21, while our no-subscription nodes are already on 7.0.14-26-pve / pve-manager 9.2.24.
The 7.0.14-26 changelog (apt changelog) lists, among others, a fix for a crash/hang that local users could trigger via inotify/io_uring and a CPU lockup via AIO polling. For 7.0.14-25 I have seen changelog entries mentioning KVM fixes for issues "that guests could use to crash the host" and a net/sched use-after-free.
Questions:
1. When are 7.0.14-25/-26 expected on pve-enterprise?
2. Are any of these fixes considered security-relevant, i.e. is there a reason to update the enterprise node sooner?
Thanks!
Thomas
