[SOLVED] Email notifications (smtp) in PBS

I recently installed PBS 3.1 and I'm trying to get email notifications working for sync, verification, etc. Backup notifications from PVE are working just fine. This only relates to PBS.

I have selected my "notify user" with a valid corporate email address and I have chosen "Always" for all jobs (see attached) but I don't receive any mails. From the command line on the server, this works just fine:

echo "Test mail from postfix" | mail -s "Test Postfix" myuser@xxxxxxxxxx.com

The email address myuser@xxxxxxxxxx.com is the one linked to cmartin@pbs

Any suggestions on what I should try next?

Do You make settings Postfix to relay email with your SMTP server ?

In current PVE in notify profile can provide SMTP credential, in PBS still yet not.

I haven't done any postfix configuration on pbs. It worked out of the box with pve so I was hoping I'd get lucky with pbs. I think setting up postfix to use a smtp relay is what I'll do next.
