Email notification setup for Virtual Environment 8.0.4

Good morning
we are using PVE Virtual Environment 8.0.4
In the web interface, we are not able to see configuration settings for the email notification, where can we find to setup email notification for proxmox activites

You might need to update to the latest PVE 8.1: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#system_software_updates

Hi Joseph,
the notifications were overhauled with version 8.1, to use the more granular notification control you would need to update.
Before that, you would need to go to the specific feature that you would get notifications for, to adjust it.
For example, to control if you receive notifications if a backup is successful, you have to go to the backup job and select if you always want to get an email, or just if a backup failed.
