Drbd 9 offline/quorum vote ignored

Hi dear community

I have Proxmox 4.1 installed with Drbd 9 and had some problems with syncing.
after uninstalling drbdmanage i cant get the 3 nodes to connect again
and get following output does anyone

please upgrade to 4.2, there are a lot of drbd9 fixes there. and test again.

Hi

sorry i have Version 4.2 it seamd that
# drbdmanage init -q 10.0.234.51
deleted existing drbdctrl.res files in /etc/drbd.d/ and the
drbdctrl.res file was not present on the other nodes after copying the *.res file to the other nodes
it seams too work.
What i still need to figure out is why and how i can sync all devices
# drbdadm adjust all
doesn't work
