I need to download the iso of Proxmox VE version 6.2-4, but I can't find the specific version on this page https://www.proxmox.com/en/downloads
Can anyone help me?
Do you know if there is a history of the iso?

There is only ONE 6.2 ISO, see https://www.proxmox.com/en/downloads

But you should never install/run outdated versions, use current packages only.
