Domain Names on the Same Zimbra Server Are Not Displayed in the PMG Panel

Hi Proxmox Team,
I use Zimbra Server in our company,
I have identified a domain name on the Zimbra for testing purposes on Proxmox,
When I Send and Reply Mail to the Account on Proxmox Mail Gateway via Hotmail and GMail, Email Address is Displayed in Panel Registration and Tracking Center,
When I Send Mail from a Different Domain Name on My Zimbra Server to the Domain Name I Defined on Proxmox, Email Address is Not Displayed in the Panel and Registration Center,
How can I take action on this?

I Have Checked The Documents On The Forum
This Question Is Very Different Alone With The Other Question I Ask,
Can You Check Again The Question?
 
Please provide some logs or screenshots since I'm not quite sure what you mean

Zimbra Server aaa.aaa.com Domain Name and bbb.bbb.com Domain Name Defined,
I have defined the bbb.bbb.com domain name on Proxmox MG and I'm sending mail to this domain name via Hotmail, GMail,
Sender and Recipient Addresses Are Displayed on the Tracking Center,
When I Send Mail from bbb.bbb.com via aaa.aaa.com, These Sender and Recipient Addresses Are Not Displayed on the Tracking Center,
Since I Have Just Tested On PMG, Which Log Records Should I Transmit and Review About the Subject ?
 
* start a shell
* run `journalctl -f` inside it
* send a test email from gmail
* that should provide the necessary logs

Mail Sent via GMail Log ( Mail Sent via GMail.txt )
When I Send Mail From Proxmox Defined Domain Name, "Journalctl -f" Side Has No Information
Does PMG Only Check My Incoming Mail?

have you configured your Mail Server (Zimbra) to relay mail via PMG?

18 domain names provide service on my current Zimbra server,
When I Set This Setting on the Zimbra Side, the Proxmox I Installed for the Test Goes to the Server and Error Will Occur,
1 Domain Name is Defined on Proxmox Side
I do not know if there is an external MTA identification status on the side of Zimbra for 1 domain name,
Do you have information ?
Or Should I Install A New Zimbra Server And Test Proxmox That Way?
If I Define Zimbra MTA, Will Submission Problems Occur in My Other Domains Except Proxmox Defined Domains?
 
I don't have experience with zimbra.

but since it runs postfix below - I would guess that you can relay mails from only one domain to a specific relay - check with the zimbra documentation/community

I Defined The Role As Below With The Document Transmitted By Zimbra Support

/opt/zimbra/common/conf/main.cf
To the Last Line of the File

sender_dependent_relayhost_maps = lmdb:/opt/zimbra/common/conf/bysender
Added

/opt/zimbra/common/conf/bysender
Into the File

mahbubarice.com.tr [10.10.50.62:25]
I made the same definition more than once

su zimbra
postmap /opt/zimbra/common/conf/bysender
postfix reload
I applied

Now I Can Send Mail From My Server
But
No Records in the Monitoring Center and in the Transmission Report
How Can I View Sent Mail on PMG Side?
 
As said - I don't know zimbra too well....

what does the journal on PMG say when you send a mail from your zimbra installation, which should go through PMG?

* in any case - I assume 10.10.50.62 is the ip of the PMG?
* if so - I would suggest that you use the internal port of PMG for relaying internal mail (in the default configuration this is 26)

Hi,
10.10.50.62 IP Address is PMG Server,
10.10.50.61 IP Address is Zimbra Server,
Default Ports Are Used
My PMG Settings and Role Settings are Displayed,
I can send and receive mail right now
But when I do journalctl -f, there is no movement
What should I do ?
Who Do I Need Support On This Issue ?

Hi,
When I send a test mail from GMail and Hotmail, the report comes,
It is attached

But when I send mail from another domain name on my Zimbra server, it is not seen in the live report
Only Foreign Mailers are visible

When I send mail via Proxmox, it does not come to Live Report
But Mail is Delivered ?

The zimbra is your internal server - it should send to the internal port of pmg (port 26)

I guess that your zimbra is not configured correctly to sent via PMG -> check the zimbra configuration

It Was An Error Because I Configured On The Zimbra Side According To The Wrong Version

I'm using version 8.8 I applied it as described and the mail went through PMG :)
Note: After Relay Address When You Make According to the Document: Don't Forget to Add 26 Ports
Or Relay Access Gives Denied Error :)
