docker support in openvz

When will proxmox be using the openvz version necessary to support docker in VZs?


We like what we see with docker and I am evaluating running dockers in Containers.

Thats what we are doing now for expeimentation but eventually I want bare-metal like performance so I would prefer openvz....

The last 2.6.32 version I have on my PVE 3.4 installation is pve-kernel-2.6.32-48-pve.

Actually I have the pve-kernel-2.6.32-43-pve version running on my PVE host, but I cannot execute the command to enable netfilter on the container:

root@node1:/# vzctl set 151 --netfilter full --save
vzctl: unrecognized option '--netfilter'

Could you help me to find out where I am wrong?

If you only want to experiment with docker, just install it. If you want to run in production, please consider using docker swarm as PaaS on Proxmox VE as IaaS with multiple nodes in different failure groups. This works perfectly and runs exactly as it should be in your private cloud.
