How to enable DKIM , DMAR for Proxmos email gateway . Kindly share the steps for both

I can see only DKIM and what about DMARC record, how can we enable that?

Also can you provide us the steps to backup the configuration of the proxmos email gateway?

A dmarc record is a TXT DNS record in your domain - you need to configure this with your domain provider - this is completely external to PMG

As for the backup - just click on the Backup part in the GUI - this should be pretty self explanatory...
but it is also documented in the admin guide which @tom linked above:

I need to schedulde backup I can see the command to take local backup using pmgbackup backup
But how can I delete this backup file from command line. Is there any retardation period we can set for the backup.

Kindly give the command to delete the command from the command line and the configuration file for retardation.

There is no retention mechanism for non-PBS backups built-in - but the files are stored at '/var/lib/pmg/backup'
