Hello

I have installed Proxmox VE over Raid 1 on my 1TB SSDs
And I can see that one of the disks in Raid 1 getting failed, I try to destroyed raid 1 and created new but the same issue continue

Also, I tried with new two SSDs and the same issue is happening

how did you create your raid? hw raid/zfs ? and where do you see that it fails? anything in the logs (journalctl / dmesg)

what exactly is your 'Server UI' ? what message exactly do you get? also please check your logs for errors

I am using an HP blade server, so there will be a UI to do Raid and I can see the storage status, etc

Please find the attachment

maybe the cable to the raid controller is broken? anyway if it is a hardware raid it probably has nothing to do with proxmox, as it will only see the logical disk

I don't think so this is a Raid controller issue because this error is happing once the OS installation is complete
Do you think We should go for any specific SSDs? Like any Brand/series

did you try also with a different os? also please post the log/dmesg

Its looks stable with zfs

We have still issues
