disarming hyperlinks

Hi,
How to disarm hyperlinks in emails making them unclickable so that a user must select a given text to copy-paste it in its browser ? This also could prevent clicking on emaisl that have the text part different from the hyper link.

There is procmail but I am not sure PMG can handle it.
