disadvantages of the command line installation

I have a remote debian server, but I have no way to start the iso image.

If I install proxmox using this howto:

http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_Lenny

I will have any downside or all will be like a ISO install?

Promox upgrades works well ?

works well if you are familiar with the Debian installer and apt, but take care to set up the right partitioning with LVM (leave enough space in the volume group for snapshots)
