[SOLVED] Deleting user 'delete user failed: cannot update tfa config'

Hello,
I had a similar problem, it was an SSH fingerprint problem.
I resolved the issue by removing the relevant fingerprints from the nodes' known_hosts and checking that SSH connections were working properly between nodes.

solved by restart pvestatd on new node only.. existing node no need
