I have 4 vms in a 1tb cluster, when my disks filled up I lost http access and ts on the machines, so I can't turn off the machines to delete the disk

I only have ssh access

What exactly is your question?
You can stop guests with pct shutdown <VMID> or qm shutdown <vmid>.

And before deleting a disks with data you probably don't want to lose, I would try to delete snapshots and TRIM those guests first to free up some space.

my difficulty was that I lost http and ts accesses on the virtual machines, I was only able to access proxmox through ssh, I managed to kill the vm process and then shut it down, then I removed its disk and restarted the proxmox server and everything came back to work
