Dedicated ceph network swith replace

Hello!
We are running Proxmox + Ceph for vm image storage on 5 nodes. Ceph run on dedicated network with little unmanaged switch we want to replace.
Is there a safe way to live replace one ceph-network switch with another? I think we need about 15-30 seconds to reconnect the cables. Will ceph/vm survive this procedure?

I would not risk it. Better shut down the nodes before. If it's a normal switch I imagine getting a service windows should not be too hard..

I have a 3 nodes proxmox+ceph replica 3 cluster and have replaced the switch without any issues, worst thing that can happen is vm hangs for a while..
