How do I change the domain of the links in the daily spam report that gets sent to users? Currently they point to proxmox.domain.tld.

first, the default link is the host name with domain. it looks that you did not configure this: see Configurtion/System/Network.
second: if this is not the link you need, you can set the "quarantine host", see Configuration/Spam Detector/Quarantine -Quarantine Host
