I have such a problems.
I add a simple rule on the contents of the body of the letter to /etc/mail/spamassassin/custom.cf, it works. The header shows that SA exceeds the established limit of 5. But the letter does not get into spam, but reaches the recipient!
What could be the matter, do you need some additional settings?
And another question: is there any way to block a letter by the hyperlink contained in it?

check the logs for the mail - which rule is the one that sends it to the recipient?

in other words - if spamassassin assigns 5 points to the mail - your rulesystem needs to contain a rule that puts mails with spam score 5 (and above) into quarantine or blocks them...

Solved the problem. It was about the domain added to the Whitelist, from which the check took place. As a result, everything works as it is written in the manual. The problem was my inattention)​
