ctrl-alt-del

I just recently built a windows 2016 box for testing but I cannot pass ctrl-alt-del to it to login.. I have no option screen on my console to do this.. What's missing?

i've attched a copy of how my console screen looks.

In your picture (the small popout window) click the small arrow on the left side of the window, it will expand and show the controls in Gosha's shot.
